About the apartments

The complex comprises 8 modern apartments, each with an area of 45 sq m, furnished with attention to detail and designed for maximum guest comfort.

They are suitable for both short breaks and weekend getaways, as well as for longer stays.

Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features:
• A bedroom with a double bed
• A living room with a fitted kitchen and a sofa bed
• A bathroom with a toilet
• 2 terraces

High-speed internet, 2 televisions, a safe, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are provided.
All necessary modern electrical appliances are provided: a fridge-freezer, an oven, hobs, an electric kettle, a toaster, an espresso machine, a hand blender, as well as crockery and cutlery for cooking and dining.

The entrance and free car park are under CCTV surveillance for the safety of our guests.

The apartments are situated in the heart of Alexandroupoli, on a quiet street, just a few minutes’ walk from the central seafront promenade, the famous lighthouse and the lively restaurants and tavernas.

In the immediate vicinity, about 10 metres away, you’ll find a mini-market, a bakery, a pizzeria, a butcher’s, cafés, a library and a bus stop.
