“Aelia Apartments” – Flat 2

Welcome to ‘Aelia Apartments’ – Nea Peramos — a complex with distinctive style, a cosy atmosphere and an excellent location for a peaceful holiday by the sea.

We offer 5 modernly furnished apartments, each with two bedrooms. They are suitable for up to 5 people in total, including adults and children.

Nea Peramos is situated about 14 km from Kavala and approximately an hour and a half’s drive from the Bulgarian border. The complex is situated just 200 metres from the sandy beach, close to shops and popular local tavernas.

Each apartment has a private entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, air conditioning in every room, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings are designed with guests’ comfort in mind and are suitable for both families and groups.

The apartments differ in terms of interior design, floor level and sea view. All have a terrace with a table and chairs, and some have a swing and sun loungers.

At ‘Aelia Apartments’, we combine hospitality, comfort and cosiness with a minimalist design to ensure a pleasant stay in Nea Peramos.
